If a result is reached via the DLS method following a rain interruption, bets are typically settled on the official result. Yes. In-play betting is available on supported cricket matches including PSL and T20 internationals. Markets update in real time as the match progresses. A stable internet connection is recommended for in-play betting, particularly when using the app, to ensure you see current odds before placing.
Responsible Gaming

Log in and go to the Responsible Gaming section within your account settings. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit in PKR. Limits take effect immediately. A cooling-off period is a temporary break – ranging from 24 hours to several weeks – during which your account is inaccessible. It is suited to situations where you want a short pause without a permanent decision. Self-exclusion is a longer-term restriction designed for players who feel gaming has become a genuine problem. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period ends. Both tools are available in account settings.

Yes. Any real-money PKR balance in your account when self-exclusion is activated remains yours. Contact the remi10 support team to request withdrawal of your remaining balance after activating self-exclusion. Bonus funds that have not been released through wagering are forfeited at the point of self-exclusion.
